SUMMARY:
Individuals with a completed matric certificate and a HR related tertiary qualification will qualify for the role of HR Officer. Experience within an HR officer, administrator or other HR position is required for the role.
POSITION INFO:
Candidates must have a knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.), understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures, proficient in MS Office, outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making aptitude, strong ethics and must be reliable.
