Human Resource Assistant

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
Working with the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing crucial support by assisting with various HR related tasks and assisting with day-to-day HR administration.

• Compile and prepare reports
• Conduct employee exit interviews and report on key findings
• Assist with the recruitment process
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees
• Maintain HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Contribute to social committee events and activities enhancing workplace culture
• Assist with HSE (Health Safety and Environment) and ensure compliance
• Assist with employee communication including notices, noticeboards, and newsletters.

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or similar field
• At least 2 years experience as an HR Assistant or related role
• Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) and Canva
