Job Purpose:
To provide the full spectrum of Human Resources Administrative support to , which includes HR Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Relations.
Qualifications:
Matric / Grade 12
Diploma / Degree in HR Management
Experience:
5+ in an HR administrative role
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
Knowledge of HR related legislation, i.e., BCEA, LRA, EEA, POPI Act
Sound knowledge and working experience in SAGE People 300
Skills:
Analytical approach, and a flair/passion for report generation & analysis
Microsoft products - VLOOKUP, pivots, mail merging, reports, professional letter writing
Ability to effectively manage own time and high volumes of admin related documentationExceptional administrative capabilities and organisational skills
Well developed communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to establish personal and departmental credibility
An established reputation for professional discretion when dealing with confidential and personal employee information
Ability to work without supervision and to use initiative and sound judgement
Deadline driven and able to meet exacting time targets
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individual at all levels
