JOB DESCRIPTION:

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To assist management with HR Administration and the co-ordination of HR processes and reporting for the following: workforce planning, recruitment, training and development, payroll,BBBEE and statutory requirements.

Qualifications Required:

NQF6

Grade 12

Certificate HR management or similar

Industrial Relations will be ideal

Job-Related exprience Requirements:

2 years general HR experience.

Generic Competentencies Required:

  1. National Legislation BCEA and Employment Equity 
  2. Skills Development
  3. Recruitment and  selection principles
  4. BBBEE
  5. Discipline Principles
