• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.

• Oversee performance management processes and employee evaluations.

• Design training and development programs to build employee capabilities.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory standards.

• Manage employee relations and foster a supportive, inclusive culture.

• Conduct regular HR audits and refine policies to ensure operational excellence.
