SUMMARY:
Our client is based in Pinetown and  has a position for a dynamic Hygiene Consultant. 

In this role, you will be required to manage an assigned territory to achieve growth and exceed sales targets through new and existing business whilst building, and maintaining key relationships with customers and stakeholders. This is achieved by following the Sales Procedure/Policy of the company.

Position is available immediately.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Accountability:
  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
  • Represent the Company's products and services to the customer-base to achieve sales budget and to develop profitable business with new and existing customers measured by:
    • Contract sales budget per month
    • Product sales budget per month
    • Job sales budget per month
  • Ensure sales mix for achieving budget
  • Ensure forward planning and actual activity are reviewed weekly and reported daily.
  • Ensure daily completion of activity tracking tool
  • Sales
    • Proactively drive your activity to enable you to maximise your performance on a daily basis.
    • All appointments and follow-ups are to be booked-in through the Gmail Google calendar.
    • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with the customer-base within the defined territory and/or allocated accounts.
    • Ensure the company sales strategies are implemented correctly.
    • Develop proposals appropriate to customers' needs, including product, service and cost options.
    • Plan and implement an effective customer strategy to maximise sales productivity.
    • Maintain and develop a sales pipeline, making decision appointments against the pipeline.

Basic Salary - Medical aid, company car. Petrol card, 13th cheque, achievable comm structure.
