SUMMARY:
ICT Office Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for an Office Administrator to assist the ICT Team.

 

Experience required:

Matric Certificate

5 years’ general admin experience

Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products (mainly Outlook, Word and Excel)

Good communication

Good reading and writing skills

The ability to concentrate for long periods of time

 

Duties include:

 

Administration and control of:

Hardware, software and services

Telephones

Printers

Procurement

Flight and accommodation booking

Cellular contracts and devices

 

Maintain and develop procedures and systems to ensure the maintenance of manual and electronic filing systems

Take minutes at internal and external

Liaising with IT contractors, partners and service providers 

Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data

Record all tasks, requests or incidents on the Service Desk System and update information

Update office policies as needed

Answer queries via telephone, email, service systems and in person
