SUMMARY:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients, including businesses or organizations that may need ICT solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s ICT products or services (e.g., servers, software, cloud services, networking equipment) and how they can benefit customers.
Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of ICT products to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and how the solutions meet their needs.
Customer Needs Assessment: Work closely with clients to understand their technology requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Providing Quotes and Proposals: Prepare and present detailed proposals, pricing, and service options to meet client needs and budgets.
Negotiating Deals: Manage negotiations regarding pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals.
Building Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business, upsell new services, or renew contracts.
Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and are implemented successfully post-sale.
Customer Support: Provide after-sales support and troubleshooting for any issues that may arise with the products or services.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Sales Targets and Reporting: Achieve sales targets and quotas, and report sales activities, forecasts, and performance to management.
Contract and Documentation: Handle the documentation, including contracts, agreements, and order processing.
