POSITION INFO:
As a Specialist Recruiter, I am always looking for enthusiastic and skilled ICT Support Administrators to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of my clients' IT systems and supporting their internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff and users across a variety of platforms and systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control within their internal systems.
• Ensure that IT equipment is properly maintained, configured, and updated as needed.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of servers, network infrastructure, and software applications.
• Monitor IT system performance and provide proactive maintenance and support.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and improve best practices for system security and data backup.
• Document support processes, incidents, and solutions to maintain a knowledge base for the team.
• Provide training and guidance to end users as needed on software applications and IT tools.

• Completed Diploma in an IT related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an IT support or system administration role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common office software.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with network configuration, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
