SUMMARY:
The Internal Sales Representative is responsible for managing the full internal sales process, ensuring efficient order processing, client communication, and coordination with relevant departments to support business operations.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
Proven experience in internal sales and customer service
Strong product knowledge and ability to interpret catalogues
Fluent in English & Afrikaans (well-spoken and professional presentation)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales ability with a persuasive, persistent, and results-driven approach
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong telecommunication skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively
