INTERNAL SALES SUPERVISOR (BENONI)

SUMMARY:
Well established company situated in Benoni are looking for an Internal Sales Supervisor to run the day-to-day operations of the internal sales department.

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for driving the various systems involved in the sales process such as making sure quotes are sent out to customers accurately and timeously, creating a comfortable atmosphere for customers to feel welcome. A dedicated, methodical and self-driven person is required who will take ownership and accountability of the task at hand and will perform their duties and responsibilities within the systems provided.

Primary Duties:

 Supervision of internal sales and support staff to meet set targets.

 Create and maintain a positive culture, focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of internal sales and support staff.

 Motivate and drive the performance of the internal sales and support staff.

 Consistently ensure that business is always conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with Company''s values.

 Remain knowledgeable of key processes, product range, business initiatives and internal resources to assist the sales team in accomplishing company goals.

 Overseeing and maintaining the ticket system.

 Ensure that quotations, sales orders and invoicing processes are functioning within the required timelines.

 Telephone calls are promptly and professionally attended to.

 Provide excellent customer service which includes but is not limited to:

o Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. o Providing regular feedback where necessary.

o Resolve any issues that may arise in respect of any return of goods.

o Going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.

 Monitor and improve all internal sales related systems and procedures.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.  Provide product advice and support.

 Other duties may be assigned as management sees fit.

Secondary Duties:

Due to the operational requirements of the business certain duties and responsibilities may be expanded on or changed which may include but is not limited to:

 Procurement related functions.

 Drafting various forms of correspondence.

 Data capturing.
