SUMMARY: Industrial Relations Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Requirements:
• To encourage employees and employers to work towards the development of effective organisational practices
• Consultant and partner with Head of Human Resources in Labour and Industrial Relation matters
• Handling labour dispute between employee and company.• Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures for labour relations throughout the Company• Ensure compliance with laws / regulations.• Communicates, distributes and implement changes to all employees• Processes labour disputes/grievances in a proper and timely manner, develop complaint and investigation processes, guidelines, tools and templates• Manage and control absenteeism on daily basis• Submit IR Reports on a monthly basis to your reporting manager• Conduct IR trainings to first line management• Advise on the operation of industrial awards and agreements• Maintain good relationships between employers and employees• Represent company at CCMA and Bargaining council

Desired Work Experience:
• 1 to 2 years Fabricated Metal Manufacturing• 2 to 5 years Employee & Industrial RelationsDesired Qualification Level:• Diploma
