ISO Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client based in Centurion, are dealing with manufacturing. They are looking for an ISO Administrator with ISO Administration experience to join them on a temporary contract.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Proven experience in ISO administration, quality management, or compliance
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 (or relevant standards)
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or other relevant ISO certification preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) is a plus

• Oversee the implementation and continuous compliance of ISO standards
• Maintain and update ISO-related documentation, including manuals, procedures, and reports
• Conduct internal audits and prepare for external ISO audits
• Track and resolve non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are taken
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare and submit ISO-related reports to senior management
