ISO Administrator (Contract)
Salary: R16 500 per month for 6 months.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

- Implementation and Maintenance: Oversee the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of ISO standards within the organization.
- Documentation Control: Develop, review, and maintain ISO-related documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
- Internal Audits: Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance Monitoring: Continuously monitor compliance with the established ISO standards, ensuring that processes and procedures are being followed effectively.
- ISO Awareness Programs: Lead or support internal ISO awareness campaigns to increase organizational understanding of ISO practices and requirements.
- Continual Improvement: Assist with promoting a culture of continual improvement across the organization by using ISO standards as a guide.
- Maintain ISO Documentation: Ensure that all ISO-related documents are up-to-date, accessible, and properly controlled.
- Document Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of documents and processes to ensure they align with the latest standards and regulations.
- Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions: Manage non-conformance reports, corrective action reports (CARs), and ensure that issues are resolved within the defined timelines.
- External Audits: Coordinate with external certification bodies during ISO audits and facilitate the audit process.
- Audit Preparation: Ensure that all necessary documentation and records are available for audit and that staff are prepared to participate in audit activities.
- Post-Audit Actions: Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely resolution of any non-conformities.
- Report Generation: Prepare and present regular reports on ISO compliance, audit results, and the status of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Management Review: Support management reviews by providing detailed insights into ISO-related performance and areas needing attention.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and external auditors, certifying bodies, and regulatory agencies.
- Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for process improvements in line with ISO standards and the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Process Documentation: Continuously update and optimize the documented processes, ensuring they reflect the most current ISO standards and industry best practices.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Provide ISO expertise to various departments (e.g., HR, Operations, IT, etc.) to ensure ISO compliance across all areas of the business.
- Supplier Management: Support the evaluation and monitoring of suppliers and vendors to ensure they comply with the organization's ISO standards, especially if required by the standard (e.g., ISO 9001 or ISO 14001).
