Roles and Responsibility:
Health and Safety/Quality Management process
Compliance management
Generating and maintaining documentation related to ISO, Health and Safety, Quality Management, Risk, and Environmental control
Conducting site visits, identifying SWOT and Risk Analysis
Assisting all sites with Internal and External Audits
Arranging and hosting training sessions in related areas
Obtaining quotations, arranging for inspections, certifications in respect of Compliance n H&S
Customer Complaints Management
Liaising with Human Resources for alignment of policies and procedures
Implementation of the relevant Policies, Procedures & Memos
Will be required to assist with administrative tasks such as Document Control Scanning, Filing, and Saving of Paperwork. Taking Messages and Communicating with the Head of Department on respective issues and concerns raised.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, copiers, and other multimedia instruments.
MS Office Knowledge such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Assist and Complete occasional Ad hoc tasks given.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
1-3 years experience in a similar role
Matric
Administrative Experience / Background.
ISO/Health & Safety Experience and Qualifications are an added benefit.
Any additional qualifications will be a benefit.
