Our client is seeking an experienced IT Business Intelligence Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies.
Manage BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee data warehouse design and maintenance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Train and mentor BI team members.
Stay updated on BI trends and technologies to continuously improve processes.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
Excellent project management capabilities.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management experience.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
Proven experience in managing BI projects and teams.
In-depth knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling.
Certification in BI tools or related fields is a plus.
Experience in the financial services industry is desirable.
