POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities / main job duties:

1. Installing and configuring PC’s and software components to ensure usability
2. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
3. Repairing or replacing damaged hardware
4. Setting up employee profiles on PCs and network
5. Server support and maintenance (both online and offline)
6. Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers
7. Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level
8. Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware
9. Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting
10. Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues
11. Will report directly to the IT Manager
12. Conducting daily backup operations
13. Managing technical documentation
14. Setting up and maintaining printers   

1. IT-related qualification
2. A+, N+, MCSE certification
3. Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
4. Network printer knowledge
5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and day-to-day software

1. 3-5 Years’ experience in a similar role with evidence of work in an environment with more than 20+ PC
