The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the industry, with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role involves managing, installing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless and reliable operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and install. Design Solutions, Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including servers, routers, switches, 365, Cybersecurity, and Network Management software.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IT systems promptly to minimize downtime.
• Network Management: Oversee and manage network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support to end-users, addressing complex issues and providing effective solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of installations, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure all systems and operations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
