IT Infrastructure Technical Coordinator ( 7 month Fixed Term Contract)

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Technical Coordinator for a digital solutions and services provider for a Fixed Term Contract for 7 months. The successful incumbent will have overall responsibility for managing the planning, co-ordination, configuration, installation, and management of all networks, including LAN, WAN, Wireless, Satellite, Telephony, and related client services with the enterprise.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust network design and architecture that aligns with the organization's business objectives
• Provide documentation for network design, including diagrams, configurations, and rationale for design decisions
• Define, deliver, and support strategic plans for the implementation of information technologies to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation of network solutions, including hardware, software, and configurations
• Ensure regular maintenance and updates
• Implement and manage security measures
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits
• Troubleshooting
• Provide IT technical and IT services management 
• Recommend IT strategies policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes
• Manage security across all aspects of the business and user base

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 3 to 4 years relevant experience
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure coordination and management.
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
• CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
• Any other industry-recognized certification in networking and security would be an advantage
