IT Operations/Network Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• Essential: Postgraduate Diploma/Honours Degree in Information Technology.
• Advantageous: Certification in CISM, CCNA and CISSP.
• At least 7 years’ experience in:
• Network Management
• At least 3 years’ experience in:
• ICT Governance;
• Security Networks (Routers / Switches, Firewalls);
• LAN/WAN; and
• ICT Helpdesk Support.

Technical Requirements:

• Knowledge of:
• Cloud Infrastructure;
• Routers, Switches, Firewalls;
• LAN/WAN;
• Domain Controller;
• Servers (Linux and Windows);
• Generators, Data Centre Maintenance, UPS; and
• Data Backup and Resore.

• Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing the IT infrastructure and updating the end-user machines and all servers.
• Managing the CMS backup solution and implementing and maintaining CMS firewalls to prevent access violation.
• Designing and maintaining IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan.
• Responsible to control and maintain the user access system.
