Job Duties:

• Plan, execute, and finalise projects within strict deadlines and budget constraints
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules
• Coordinate resources, both internal and third parties/vendors, for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Execute project inline with client's governance requirements 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry
• Demonstrated experience in project management processes and methodologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in using Monday.com

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Project management processes and methodologies
• Client-facing and internal communication skills
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Monday.com 
• Executing complex projects under pressure 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Agile methodologies

Working Conditions:

The IT Project Manager will primarily work in an office environment, but may be required to travel to client sites or other locations as needed. The role may involve working outside of standard office hours to meet project deadlines.
