Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, a deep understanding of the IT industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing, screening, and interviewing IT professionals for a range of technical roles.
Building and maintaining a strong network of IT talent through proactive engagement.
Partnering with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing to offer negotiation.
Utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in an agency environment.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
A degree in a related field is a plus.
