JOB DESCRIPTION:

IT SUPER USER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN wanted for national retail group, Head Office based in Port Elizabeth

  • Experience with desktop support and call centre support (Eng/Afr)
  • Basic networking (N+)
  • Basic hardware (A+) – Workstation setups, operating system and supporting products such as O365 and specialist audiology applications (training provided)
  • Attention to detail critical
  • Basic iPad support (install, load configs, add applications)
  • Experience with FreshDesk or similar ticketing system advantageous
