Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Provide timely updates to clients on order processing and shipments.

Collaborate with the accounts team to follow up on payments.

Act as a mentor to support team growth in sales careers.

Ensure quick turnaround of quotes within one hour.

Serve as an ambassador for the company.
