IT Service Desk Engineer required for a charity based in Edinburgh.
They are a charity for a brilliant cause providing support and care across their centres in Scotland and online. Within the last couple of years, they have doubled in size and are looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer to support all systems internally and externally.
You will join a small team of engineers, working closely with the IT Manager and be the first point of contact for all enquiries, providing 1st line support. You will be proactive, with some experience working within a 1st line support desk role, troubleshooting windows servers and O365. You will gain exposure to different tools and get hands on training to help you progress within the team.
You will have the following Skills/Experience -
** Experience working within a similar environment
** Some exposure to cloud (ideally O365)
** Experience working with remote desktops (VPN, Firewalls)
** Knowledge and experience working with Windows Servers
The salary on offer is circa £20K with a flexible hybrid work model with no more than 2 days a week on site, 32 and a half hour working week and an impressive benefits package including 36 days Holiday, access to technical documentation and training at all times to help you grow within your career.
