IT Support Engineer required for a medical technology company based in Stirling.
The company are based in UK and USA and are continually growing across the globe with their diagnostic-led care solutions. They deliver high quality affordable medical solutions and healthcare services to everyone around the world, and they are looking for motivated, enthusiastic people to join their team to ensure this happens successfully.
You will be maintaining the global IT Service Desk, working with 3rd party suppliers, solving hardware and software faults, and ensuring everything is risk assessed and legally approved. You will be supporting both internal and external users with the systems, applications, and networks, and maintain processes and policies across the entire group.
You will have the following Skills/Experience -
** Experience supporting Windows desktop operating systems
** Good working knowledge of Office 365
** Supporting both hardware and Software
** Excellent written and communication skills
** Resolving application incidents, problems and requests for customers within agreed SLA's
** Maintain ownership of Incidents, ensuring status update and resolution according to SLA's
The salary on offer is up to £35K and right now, they are offering remote working, but are keen for people to be back in the office when its safe to do so.
The benefits package includes 32 days holiday (including 8 public holidays, but only 3 of which are fixed) and a 6% employer pension contribution.
