IT Support Analyst required to join a Global company based in East Kilbride.
A global drinks company that has expanded across the globe with offices now in Asia, UK, and America. They have recently been bought over by one of the largest companies in the world and with plans to expand even more, they need to grow their IT team to ensure all issues are resolved and supported sufficiently.
You will join a small team of engineers providing face to face application support for SAP and DRAMs, as well as over the phone and by email. You will provide 1st - 2nd line support to all internal users, working in collaboration with the teams to progress improvement ideas across the business, and provide training to all end-users and new starters for the SAP systems, ensuring they can carry out all duties successfully.
You will have the following Skills/Experience -
** Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP
** Strong knowledge and experience using Service Delivery solutions - SNOW
** Experience with DRAMs would be a bonus, though not essential
** Strong verbal and written communication skills and Stakeholder management skills to a senior level
** Demonstrable experience leading and training junior/new members
** Some project management experience would be desirable
** Experience working with 3rd party software suppliers
** Knowledge or experience within a similar industry is beneficial but not essential
The salary on offer is £34K, along with a hybrid work model (2 days a week on site) and a generous benefits package including pension, 25 days holiday + 9 public holidays, discretionary annual bonus, life assurance, well being programme and more!
