IT Support Engineer required to join a well-known global company based in the centre of Glasgow.
This role is a 8 month contract, offering a rate of £200 per day and has been determined to be inside IR35. You will be required to work through an umbrella company for this role.
The role will consist of providing 1st and 2nd line support on a range of business applications as well as various hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, so this will be something you need to have experience with. You'll also have experience with O365, SCCM, Citrix and Windows 10.
You will take end-to-end ownership of all IT tickets as well as all communication and overall technical resolution. On top of this, you will also be on hand to work closely with 3rd parties in order to effectively introduce any new services into the business.
Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as a proven track record of providing high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities and Experiences:
** Experience working with and ITIL and SLA driven environment
** Previous experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support
** System admin on a range of CRM and ERP applications
** Solid documentation skills with the ability to create SOP's
