IT Support Engineer required to join a software company with offices in both Glasgow and Edinburgh.
They are a global company with big name clients, who are growing rapidly at the moment, which offers lots of opportunity for growth. They create a web-based product managing data for financial companies, ensuring the data is being used within regulations.
They are constantly keeping up with modern technology and creating new projects for the teams to get involved in.
You will be joining a brand-new team of engineers providing support to members of the business both internally and externally. You will be a senior member of the team, supporting and mentoring more junior colleagues, making implementation decisions to improve the infrastructure and processes, and getting hands on with projects.
You will have the following Skills/Experience -
** Experience in a similar role
** Strong experience with M365 (exchange, SharePoint, teams)
** Knowledge and experience with Scripting/Automation (Packer, PowerShell)
** Experience working in a Windows-based environment
** Strong knowledge of design and architecture for upcoming projects
Desirable (not essential)
**Experience working with Azure
** Hands on knowledge and experience with Linux
The salary on offer is up to £30,000 (plus benefits) depending on experience and they have offices in both Glasgow and Edinburgh, offering hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office per week.
