IT Support Engineer required for a Managed Service provider based in Edinburgh.
Approved Microsoft Partners who have recently began expanding across Scotland providing award-winning IT Support to their clients across the UK.
You will join a small team of engineers providing 2nd Line Support both remotely and on site, taking ownership of user's issues, providing them with regular communication on the progress, and ensuring all assigned calls are responded to and resolved swiftly. You will create documentation on the resolution, update the technical knowledge base and keep up to date on new technology trends. Along with providing support you will travel to different client sites around the UK, and you will also get hands on with different projects such as O365 and Azure migrations!
You will have the following Skills/Experience -
** Experience in a similar role
** Strong experience working within a Microsoft Windows environment
** Extensive knowledge and experience working with O365, Active Directory
** A good understanding of Networking; Routers, Switches, Firewalls
** Some experience providing support for smartphones, iPads, iPhones
** Full UK Drivers Licence and own car
