IT Support Engineer required for a company that provides cloud services and data analytics to the healthcare industry.

They currently don't have an office, so you will be fully remote however, they do have desks in shared office spaces in Glasgow and Edinburgh should you wish to work in an office environment.
The company follow an agile working method with progress boards, daily team meeting to keep everyone involved and informed as projects evolve.
You will provide support to all global clients internally and externally, clarifying and finding the best solutions to all issues. You will maintain and configure all infrastructure and ensure the cloud-based platform is operating effectively. You will audit and create reports for all incidents and changes, adhering to information security policies and support all new employees and customers across the platforms.
You will have the following Skills/Experience -
** Demonstrable experience within a similar role
** Experience of working with Linux and/or Windows
** Good communication skills verbal and written
** Technical experience working with infrastructure, either cloud or on premise
Beneficial (not essential!) skills -
** ITIL Foundation Qualification
** Knowledge of O365, SharePoint and the Microsoft Suite
** Experience of supporting SaaS, PaaS and/or Cloud environments (ideally Azure)
** Strong knowledge and experience with Linux and Networking
