SUMMARY:
My market leading Automotive client is currently looking to appoint an IT Support Lead to conduct user training for each department according to their function and manage full system integration, functionality and coordination within the business units.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications required:

Diploma or Degree in IT or similar
Rev 8 Autoline courses/certifications is advtangeous

Job description:

User training and dealer support with regard to CRM, Showroom, Parts, Service, workshop Loading, VHC, MS interfaces, Fleet Kompact, Daily Rentals and Vehicles Modules
Attend to and resolving system queries
Product testing and system patching
Ensure CRM records are updated
System updates
