Qualifications
  • Matric
  • IT qualification
  • 5 years experience
  • SAP Business One support experience
  • AD, DHCP, DNS support experience
  • Hyper - V experience
Duties
  • Manage and resolve queries
  • Resolve tickets
  • Assist software vendorsDiagnose and resolve hardware issues
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Logging faults and dealing with external service providers
  • After hours occasionally for remote support
