SUMMARY:
IT Technical Recruiter Vacancy Available! Our client, A leading International Automotive Manufacturer is looking to employ a IT Technical Recruiter to join their dynamic team in East London.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description: 
  • Knowledge and application of Leadership Principles
  • Innovative and Pioneering spirit.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Computer literacy, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proven work experience as a technical recruiter or recruiter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • People skills
  • MS Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Relevant HR legislation e.g. SDA, LRA, BBBEE

Outputs
  • Advertise vacancy on Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Conduct screening and shortlisting of applicants.
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Co-ordinate psychometric assessments with the provider and provide assessment feedback to LoB and all successful candidates as well as unsuccessful candidates timeously
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on resume reviews.
  • Presenting the resume of the most successful candidates to the hiring manager.
  • Analyse; verify the information and responses obtained through the interviews.
  • Performing background and reference checks.
  • Keeping track of all candidates as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

Job Requirements: 
  • A relevant minimum of NQF 6 (IT /Human Resources or relevant qualification)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an IT or  or HR relevant field
