POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Hardware & Networking: Maintain corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Active Directory, Exchange, backups, and both Mac OS/Windows OS support.
• Server Support: Administer Active Directory, Exchange/Office 365, server backups, VOIP PABX, and surveillance systems.
• General IT Support: Provide timely resolution for internal IT issues, communicate effectively with staff, and assist with software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Asset Management: Manage IT inventory, assist in procurement, and ensure proper use and care of IT equipment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Leadership: Positive attitude, flexibility, and high standards of performance
• Continuous learning and development, with a focus on improving performance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in IT support with Mac OS/Windows platforms
• Solid knowledge of networking, server administration, and IT security
• Familiarity with Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, and VOIP systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
