IT Workstation Technician

SUMMARY:
Individuals with a National Diploma in IT/ A+ and N+/ Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician will qualify for the role.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities Include the following:
 
Test computer hardware performance
Assist end-users with basic IT problem solving.
Assist in solving workstation breakdowns and difficulties by minimizing downtime and ensuring the availability of IT service.
Deploy and maintain all workstations.
Install and maintain computer hardware.
Basic knowledge of Hardware and Microsoft operating systems
Excellent communication skills
Strong service and innovation mindset
Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
