SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT/Network Technician. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in networking, installations, and client support. A client-centric approach and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

A+ and N+ certification.
Mikrotik experience and certifications (e.g., Mikrotik MTCNA).
Any additional certifications should be listed (e.g., MTCRE, A+, N+).
Expertise in wireless and wired networking.
Network installations, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Server and desktop installation and support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
Wireless internet, Wi-Fi installations, management, and configuration.
High-site installations and maintenance.
CCTV installations, configuration, and support.
Knowledge of internet and email setup and support.
