Imports & Exports Controller

SUMMARY:
New vacancy has become available for an Imports and Exports Controller for our client in the Automotive Industry. This role will be based in Coega.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

• Ensure adherence to the company`s rules and regulations as documented in the company`s disciplinary policy
• Assisting on customs inspections and auditing
• Arrange booking ad prepare all Export/Import documentation
• Estimates for /exports and cross trade shipments imports/exports and cross trade shipments
• Register files and do customs documentation
• Audit and submit supplier invoices and disbursements 
• Pre-alerts for all Exports/Imports shipments
• Complete SADC/DA65/SAD500 documents
• Resolve customs queries
• Suppliers’ management skill
• Supply management with updates on shipments
• Updating weekly and daily shipping schedule
• Warehouse management skill (CCA and OS)
• Handling of files from start to finish including invoices
• Processing of different certificates on the export
• Draw out SOP for different shipment and cases handling
• Adhoc function which may fall in the ambit of the job requirements.

• Grade 12
• Certificate or relevant in Imports and Exports
• 5 years’ experience in Import and export within the industry
• Excel and good planning skills
