Job Description:
As a Call Centre Inbound Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers. Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service while driving sales of their network services and products. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and offering them tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer queries.
Promote and sell internet, cable and fibre services to clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and promotions.
Handle customer objections and concerns effectively.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Ensure all customer interactions are logged and updated in CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and share best practices to achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
1 year Previous experience in a call centre in Inbound Sales or Outbound sales or Customer services with a bit of upselling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
Ability to work flexible shifts (24/7), including evenings and weekends.
