Key Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with clients through multiple channels (calls, web, chat, and video) to ensure personalised and efficient service.
• Take ownership of client queries, issues, and escalations, ensuring effective resolution and satisfaction.
• Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and inquiries.
• Communicate existing and new banking products and services to clients, providing relevant and up-to-date information.
• Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies to ensure compliance and minimise risks.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Key Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Advanced Diploma (NQF7), or relevant qualification demonstrating numerical capability.
• Preferred experience in the service or banking/finance industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer concerns.
