Inbound Touring Team Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for a Team Leader for a Destination Management Company to successfully support the management of the team, lead the team to operationalise agent requests seamlessly and continuously improve service standards and to successfully quote and operationalize profitable tour products for existing as well as new clients. Based in Windhoek, Namibia.

 

Experience required:

Tourplan (software) Knowledge
Min 4-5 years DMC Experience

Supervisory or leadership experience
