POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for an Industrial Waste Sales Consultant to drive sustainable financial growth, provide bespoke waste management solutions, and forge strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales by prospecting, researching, and converting leads into opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with KPIs.
• Develop and present fit-for-purpose proposals with support from tendering and technical teams.
• Analyze market trends to identify and expand new sales opportunities.
• Negotiate and close new business deals to promote sustained revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide detailed sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to create client-centric solutions.
• Conduct detailed waste assessments and formulate tailored proposals for clients.
• Promote bespoke and transactional waste management services to key customers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all operations.
• Develop tactical strategies to integrate waste management solutions into client business plans.
