SUMMARY:
My client is seeking an individual with experience in injection moulding operations, including setting and operating machines. Individuals need experience supervising/leading a team in the manufacturing environment. Matric with relevant technical qualification, additional certification in polymer science or manufacturing would be advantageous.

POSITION INFO:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Technical proficiency in various types of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Familiarity with mould maintenance and basic mechanical repairs.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma is advantageous.

The Injection Moulding Team Leader will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the injection moulding department. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of injection moulding processes, the ability to set and operate various types of injection moulding machines, and proven experience in supervising a team to achieve production goals.
