JOB DESCRIPTION:

Well-established company with a focus on commercial and industrial construction projects are looking for a qualified INSTALLATION ELECTRICIAN. Based in the Northern Suburbs

For the position you would be required to have:

  • Minimum of Grade 12/ Matric
  • Registered as Installation Electrician with the Department of Labour is ESSENTIAL
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
  • Valid code 08 drivers' license
  • Clean criminal record
  • Sound knowledge of electrical systems, power generation, blueprints, maintenance and repair
  • Renewable energy experience will be a definite advantage

Responsibilities would include you to:

- Inspection, testing and issue of COC
- Reading electrical SLD, construction drawings and technical diagrams
- Perform general electrical maintenance
- Executing specialised electrical installations
- Installation and commissioning of Inverter and Solar PV systems
- Keeping up to date with current legislation
