POSITION INFO:

Exhilarate is seeking dynamic and driven insurance agents to join our team in Amanzimtoti, Durban. If you have a passion for sales and a background in insurance or call centre operations, we want to hear from you!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Engage potential clients through outbound calls to promote and sell our insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients during the sales process.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Matric or NQF Level 4 certification (mandatory).
• South African ID (mandatory).
• Previous experience in selling insurance or working in a call centre (non-negotiable).
• Excellent communication skills and a persuasive telephone manner.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
• Must be able to travel to our Amanzimtoti branch daily.
