Grade 12 essential
English, Sesotho & Sepedi are essential
Previous experience within the Financial Services Industry
Experience as well as fraud investigation experience
Reporting writing skills
Complaints/Queries experience
RE1 and/or RE5 advantageous
Strong administration skills required
MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook are required
