Our luxury client based in Observatory requires a dynamic and driven Sales Representative who will play a key role in promoting and selling an extensive product range to high-end clients, including interior designers and architects.
A keen eye for design, a passion for luxury and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relations will be the core values for this sales position.

REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Own reliable vehicle essential
- 2 – 4 years experience in a similar sales role
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- An outgoing confident personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very well groomed. Always presenting their best image and presentation to be the front face of their company where they deal with upmarket clientele and International clients.
- Must have the ability to start a conversation with a customer to develop a good rapport with them
DUTIES- Client Relationship Management, Develop and nurture relationships with high-end clients, interior designers, architects, and specifiers.
- Understand client needs and present solutions that match their vision and requirements
- Drive sales of luxury interior products by identifying new business opportunities, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and expanding the brand’s reach within the luxury market
- Interaction with clients and developing a good rapport and opening conversations
- Closing of deals accurately and professionally
- Creating quotes and invoices according to clients’ needs
- Project management - overseeing various projects throughout the shop
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and ongoing support to clients.
- Ordering supplies needed and liaising with contractors
- Liaising with workshop staff
- Ordering correct supplies needed for custom orders
- Keeping both workshop and FOH connected and in communication - re ongoing client orders
- Ensure all ordering of electrical and building supplies
- Additional ad-hoc administration when needed
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience plus commission.
