Intern Implementation Consultant

SUMMARY:
SUPER EXCITING role for a 1 year Internship as an Implementation Consultant with a software development company whose core focus is developing specialised, best-of-breed software solutions for the supply chain industry.

This is a remote role, although you will be required to attend meetings and training in office. You will need to have a reliable cell phone and quiet home working environment with reliable WiFi access.

POSITION INFO:
In order to apply, you will need to have the following:

• Either a Matric with a Bachelors pass and Core Mathematics as a subject with either CAT, IT or EGD as subjects.

• A degree or diploma in Informatics or related field or Logistics AND Matric with a Bachelors pass and Core Mathematics as a subject with either CAT, IT or EGD as subjects

• A driver’s license with own transport is preferable. If not available initially, every effort must be made to obtain this within the first 6 months
• Excellent communications skills and ability to easily engage with people at all levels. 
• IT and programming skills will be an advantage

• Delivering under extreme pressure and within deadlines
• Assisting clients with implementing solutions, Right – First Time
• Training clients to use solutions effectively
• Test any new functionality that has been developed
• Assist clients with UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Training: (onsite and off-site)  

• Confidence, diligence, strong work ethic 
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Think outside the box 
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally, with the ability to engage at all levels and with guidance, able to extract required information from clients regarding their specific requirements
• Experience working with MS Office suite including Word, Excel
