SUMMARY:
We are seeking Internal Sales Consultants (Electrical Industry) for permanent roles based in Newton Park and Uitenhage, Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
 

• Grade 12 with relevant sales qualification.
• 2+ years’ experience in the electrical wholesale industry in an internal counter sales role.
• Must have electrical wholesale product knowledge as well as experience in negotiating product pricing and engaging with clients.
• Valid drivers license and clear criminal record.
• Must have good MS Office ability.
• Be emotionally mature and have good communication/interpersonal skills as well as a good telephone manner.
• Working hours 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays 

• Greeting customers and taking orders in person and telephonically.
• Processing payments and orders.
• Following up on ordered items.
• Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
• Liaising with customers to increase sales.
