SUMMARY:
Well established company on the East Rand seeks an Internal Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric
At least five years experience in a similar role
Experience in a services sales environment and advanced administrative skills.
Understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met.

Duties will include:
Answering customer queries telephonically/email.
Provide continuous feedback on customer queries
Record keeping
Consistent and continuous customer complaints resolution
Answering of phone calls and managing Info mailbox
Customer liaison between sales staff, office and customer
Updating monthly sales pipelines and updating sales reports
Checking data accuracy on logistics, orders and invoices
Provide sales support to the sales department
Preparing sales quotes
Ensure orders are actioned and delivered timeously
Contacting customers by phone or email
